Impact analysis
While there's no direct fee yet, ignoring the rules could lead to hefty fines, and property values could take a hit if neighborhood trees start dying off.
Everyone who likes having trees in their neighborhood benefits, since this quarantine helps protect local parks and yards from being wiped out.
Local landscapers, homeowners with yard waste, and anyone who regularly moves firewood might find the new restrictions a major pain.
